In case you haven't heard, Dodge is turning 100 next year. Naturally, we'll be ringing in the occasion with bells on here at Dick Poe Dodge. And now that we've got two special-edition models to look forward to, turning triple digits has never been more exciting.

First up, there's the 2014 Dodge Charger 100th Anniversary Edition. As far as the exterior goes, this bad boy will offer a one-of-a-kind High Octane pearl red paint job, a brand new set of 20-inch aluminum wheels and some commemorative badging to boot. Step inside and you'll find an interior decorated with Nappa leather that comes in Molten Red or Foundry Black, plus a unique cloud overprint covering the seats and a three-spoke flat-bottom steering wheel with paddle shifters.

Since that clearly wasn't enough for an occasion such as this, its creators threw in a Beats by Dr. Dre audio system, 10-speaker surround sound and a 552-watt amplifier, all of which can be accessed through an 8.4-inch touchscreen. Look under the hood and you've also got your choice of a 3.6-liter V6 or a 5.7-liter HEMI V8 that dishes out 300 or 370 horsepower, respectively.

As for the 2014 Dodge Challenger 100th Anniversary Edition, you've got a lot of the same plus a couple extras. Same exterior, interior and powertrain options, only this one has some extra badging going for it and can crank out some extra horsepower to boot.

Take it from us, the excitement is warranted. So until these mean machines arrive at our dealership, feel free to gain a base of comparison with a test drive in the 2014 Dodge Challenger here in El Paso, TX. Something tells us you won't be disappointed.
