Road Trip Do's and Don'ts

It's that time of year again. Summer vacation is drawing near and we want you to get there safe and sound. In order to do that, there are a few things you should and shouldn't do. The following tips should help you avoid trouble on the road:

• You should bring a gas can in case you run out of fuel.
• Don't forget to check your spare tire. Look at the tread and make sure it is properly inflated.
• Bring a roll of duct tape for minor repairs.
• Don't forget to bring a flashlight with new batteries and a flare. These will come in handy if you find yourself stranded at night.
• Make sure your wiper blades are in good condition and that the wiper fluid is topped off.
• Don't forget to bring a tire gauge to periodically check your tire pressure.
