Available with three powertrains, the new Ram 2500 offers a selection of powertrains for customers to choose from. The most-powerful engine that is available for the new Ram 2500 is a turbocharged 6.7-liter Cummins diesel engine that produces 370 horsepower and 850 pound-feet of torque.
Towing & Hauling
The Ram 2500 uses its powerful powertrains to haul many heavy items. The 6.7-liter Cummins engine allows the 2500 to tow up to 19,010 pounds. With the same engine, the Ram 2500 can haul up to 2,380 pounds.
